UK Shopper Toolkit
& Gifting Activation
For Valentine’s Day 2025, we developed a UK shopper toolkit designed to reframe gifting with LINDOR—not just as an act of love for others, but as a meaningful gesture for yourself, too. We built the creative idea on a powerful insight: for most of the year, LINDOR is a self-treat, a moment of bliss. But on Valentine’s Day, it becomes a symbol of affection—something you gift with intention. It’s a time when you can LINDOR with Love. At the heart of his concept was the idea of the love note—the ultimate way to elevate the gifting occasion on Valentine’s Day.
Our activation, which popped up in major UK retailers—think Sainsbury’s and Waitrose—leaned into the concept’s emotional duality, encouraging shoppers to indulge others and themselves. All across the UK, LINDOR became the ultimate Valentine’s Day gift—beautifully wrapped and meaningful.
In select flagship stores, the experience was brought to life with personalised gifting stations. Shoppers simply handpicked from a selection of Lindt products before creating a bespoke love note—printed and attached on the spot—turning each gift into something uniquely thoughtful and heartfelt.
