Kiehl’s: Face the Extremes and Win

Retail Experience

 

At Kiehl’s Covent Garden location, we created an innovative retail experience that amplified just how well their best-selling Ultra Facial Cream moisturises and protects our skin against extreme weather conditions. We first intrigued passers-by with a desert vs. arctic themed vinyl and digital animation to replicate the cracking of our own skin when put in harsh conditions. Our brand ambassadors then gave passers-by ‘Face the extremes and win’ hot and cold reveal leaflets that could be activated by our thermal in-store displays. The successful experience increased sales by 70% and instigated a London-wide campaign activation.
